LITTLE RIVER DAM
City of Durham, NC. Performed 1 million cubic yards of excavation including rock blasting and movement. Built intake structure, roads, wick drains, and final stabilization.
target center and shops
Projects include a multi-site complex in Gastonia, North Carolina, complete with retaining walls, and a large culvert crossing. Required removal and replacement of various unsuitable soils to complete site work.
STICK MARSH LEVEES
Saint Johns River water management district. Constructed miles of levees in swamp conditions by removing unsuitable materials, as well as placement, compaction, and grading of suitable fill to construct a water-quality drainage basin.
Florida east coast rail
Performed grading of the new multi-mile rail bed, storm drain culverts, placement of rock for rail ties. Also included various road/rail intersection construction.
KINGS MOUNTAIN ENERGY CTR
New Power Generation Station in Cleveland County, North Carolina. Performed clearing, grading, utilities, large laydown areas, and access roads for new power plant. Included approx. 200,000 cubic yards of excavation and miles of access roads.
NORTH HAMPTON GOLF CLUB
New Golf Course and residential community including clubhouse, maintenance facility, and parkway. Arnold Palmer designed a new 18 hole golf course with a clubhouse and maintenance facility. Included building subdivision complete with sanitary sewer, storm, concrete, and paving.
CAYCE WASTE WATER PLANT
Demolish the existing site and develop the site for a new Waste Water Treatment Plant located in Cayce, SC. 25 acres 425,000 cubic yards of excavation 5,200 feet of utility pipe Demolition of existing WWTP.
MILLBRIDGE
Master Plan Residential Community developed for Landeavor, LLC located in Waxhaw, NC. 200+ acres with 1 million cubic yards of earthwork, sanitary sewer, storm drain, concrete, and paving. Multiple phases.
SUN CITY CAROLINA LAKES
Del Webb Master Plan Community - Just south of Charlotte, NC located in Indian Land, SC. Contracted with Pulte Homes for all work. 170 Acres 1.2 Million Cubic Yards of excavation 102,000 Linear Feet of utility pipe 94,000 Square Feet of segmental block retaining wall, 60' span arch culvert, jack & bore 20' depth.
